LAMSA Board Meeting Minutes
11/6/14

Board Members Present:
Joe Hasselman (President)
Lori Beaudoin (Administrator)
Jon Haxton (Secretary)
Rocco Warren (Treasurer)
Vic Blanchard
Roman Ferguson
Doug Hare
Danny Troche

Board Members Absent:
Ryan Pellecchia

Meeting commenced at 6:41 pm.

1. Matt Avallone was interviewed for a position on the Board of Directors. The interview was conducted by Joe and Lori, along with the other present Board Members.
	-Joe motioned to accept Matt onto the Board. The motion was approved 7-0.

2. Joe, Lori and Doug will be attending a meeting with the Parks Department on Monday night regarding the water park and lights for the field. 

3. Banquet Planning
	-Doug, Vic and Danny will meet early to make sure the food is ready.
	-The rest of the Board will meet at the Eagles Hall at 5 pm.
	-Rocco will do a 50/50 raffle.
	-Joe will edit and print copies of the questionnaire in hopes of getting more input from players.

4. Board position descriptions were reviewed and edited to provide an accurate account of what is expected from each position.

5. Board Elections were held.
	-The Fundraising Coordinator will be Doug. He was elected 8-0 after the motion was brought by Lori and seconded by Danny.
	-Doug motioned that Joe remain League President. Lori seconded and Joe was re-elected unanimously, 8-0.
	-Lori was re-elected 8-0 as League Administrator. Danny motioned and Doug seconded.
	-Danny motioned that Jon should remain Secretary. Motion was approved 8-0.
	-Rocco will remain League Treasurer after an 8-0 vote in favor of Danny's motion.
	-Ryan was re-elected as the League's Webmaster and Scheduler, 8-0.

6. Joe passed out the League Rules for review in advance of the next Board Meeting, Nov 20.
